At Uniaipro, we work with clients across the region, delivering certification audits and professional certification services with the highest standards of reliability, flexibility, and responsiveness.

Because our audits and certification services are carefully planned in advance, it is important that scheduled audits take place on the agreed dates and are not cancelled or rescheduled at short notice. Late cancellations disrupt audit planning, increase administrative costs, and limit availability of auditor resources for other clients.

Audit Scheduling

• Uniaipro schedules audits up to three (3) months in advance to align with client requirements.
• Once an audit date has been agreed, the Lead Auditor communicates the confirmed schedule to Uniaipro and begins audit planning.
• Audit plans are normally sent to clients at least one week before the audit.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring readiness for the audit on the scheduled date. Cancellation due to lack of readiness is not considered acceptable.

Cancellation Fees

To ensure fairness and efficient use of auditor resources, the following cancellation fees apply if an audit is cancelled:

• Cancellation on the day of certification – No refund (100% fee charged)
• Cancellation within 5 working days before certification date – 50% refund
• Cancellation within 6 to 15 working days before certification date – 70% refund
• Cancellation within 16 to 30 working days before certification date – 90% refund

Exceptions

Cancellation fees will not be applied in the following circumstances:

• Bereavement leave of the main client contact
• Adverse weather conditions that prevent travel or access
• Emergency situations beyond the client’s control
