Refund Policy

At Uniaipro, we value the trust our clients place in us for certification services. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the commitment we make when engaging in certification contracts. This policy applies exclusively to all certification-related services, including but not limited to ISO certification, product certification, audits, and other related evaluation services provided by Uniaipro.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refund requests are processed based on the duration from the date the certification contract is signed and the initiation of services. The table below outlines the refund amounts applicable under different conditions:

Definition of Service Initiation

  • Allocation of the project to certification personnel or auditors.
  • Initial analysis of client products, services, or systems.
  • Data collection or review of documentation.
  • Consultations or discussions with technical experts, auditors, or associates.
  • Scheduling and/or conducting initial meetings or audits (including gap analysis).

Refund Process

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to support@uniaipro.ai with relevant contract details and justification.
  • Approved refunds will be subject to applicable administrative deductions, if any.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Services have already been initiated as defined above.
  • The client withdraws after significant auditor allocation or audit scheduling.
  • Failure to comply with contractual obligations by the client.
  • Delays or cancellations caused by the client.

Policy Amendments

Uniaipro reserves the right to review, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of the contract will apply to that contract.
